Rental for the entire Gîte:

JULY and AUGUST (Fortnightly rentals only) - £1,500.00 per FORTNIGHT.

JUNE and SEPTEMBER - £450.00 per week.

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS - £450.00 per week.

LOW SEASON - £350.00 per week.

Arrival after 16H00 on Saturdays, and departure at 10H00 the following Saturday.

CENTRAL HEATING SURCHARGE - £50.00 per week.

BEDDING, LINEN and BATH TOWELS INCLUDED.

The Gîte must be left in the same state as found. If required a cleaning service is available at 50.00€.

Pets (dogs and cats) are welcome, but are not allowed in any circumstances on the beds or furniture. Pets are not permitted to be left unaccompanied on the premises.

All damage and breakages will be for the tenant’s account.

The owners will provide the accommodation according to the description and maintain it in working order. The state of the accommodation, the various equipment and the inventory of smalls will be agreed by the owners and the tenant on arrival.

The reservation will become effective on receipt of the signed agreement and the deposit (30% of the rental) before the date indicated.

The balance is payable:

1 month before arrival for JULY and AUGUST rentals.

2 weeks before arrival for other rentals.

A Breakage deposit of 250 Euros is payable on arrival, and is refundable on departure as appropriate.

It may not exceed NINE persons, and may not be passed on to a third party.

All cancellations must be via registered mail.

Before payment of the balance: The deposit is forfeit pending re-letting. Should the property be re-let for the same period, the deposit will be refunded.

After payment of the balance: The total payment is forfeit pending re-letting. Should the property be re-let for the same period, the total payment will be refunded.

Non payment of the balance by the due date will be deemed a de facto cancellation.
