TARIFFS
£920 per week( £1,840 per fortnight )
All other times: £565 per week.
BEDDING, LINEN and BATH TOWELS INCLUDED.
Guests are asked to bring their own swimming towels.
Central heating surcharge (if required) 75.00€ per week.
Cleaning service (if required) 75.00€.
Arrival after 16H00 on Saturday, and Departure before 10H00
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Gîte must be left in the same state as found on arrival. If required a cleaning service is available at 75.00€.
Small, well controlled pets (dogs and cats) are welcome, but are NOT allowed, under any circumstances, on the beds or furniture. Pets are NOT permitted to be left unaccompanied on the premises.
All damage and breakages will be for the tenant’s account. A breakage deposit of 250€ is payable on arrival.
The owners will provide the accommodation according to the description and maintain it in working order. The state of the accommodation, the various equipment and the inventory of smalls will be agreed by the owners and the tenant on arrival.
OCCUPANCY
It may not exceed NINE persons, and may not be passed on to a third party.
PAYMENT
The reservation will become effective on receipt of the signed agreement and the deposit (30% of the rental).
The balance is payable:
1 month before arrival for JULY and AUGUST rentals.
2 weeks before arrival for other rentals.
CANCELLATION
Before payment of the balance: The deposit is forfeit pending re-letting. Should the property be re-let for the same period, the deposit will be refunded.
After payment of the balance: The total payment is forfeit pending re-letting. Should the property be re-let for the same period, the total payment will be refunded.
Non-payment of the balance by the due date will be deemed a de facto cancellation.
All cancellations must be via registered mail.
